Name the symptom before changing the setup

No sound, the wrong spoken language, missing captions and out-of-sync captions are different problems. Identify which one you have so you can inspect the relevant setting first.

For silence, check player, browser-tab and device mute or volume. If the issue is a language choice, inspect the offered tracks instead. A silent device and a missing alternate track need different next steps.

Compare settings on a single source first

Check whether captions are enabled and which offered language is selected. Where the player exposes a timing adjustment, use that control deliberately; where it does not, do not assume that the site page supplies one.

Read audio-track and volume guidance or subtitle settings for the relevant control. Switching several sources and settings at once makes the result harder to interpret.

Send a report that identifies the source

Try another available source for the same title or episode if the first remains unsuitable. Record which source showed the problem and whether the alternative changed it. No source is guaranteed to provide every language.

Use Contact with the title URL, episode if relevant, language, device and symptom. If a screenshot helps, include the visible setting while hiding any personal account information.
