Check an Audio and Subtitle Combination
Check audio and captions independently on the same selected source. A language offered in one menu need not appear in the other, and switching servers can change both sets of options even though the title stays the same.
Choose the source before the combination
Confirm the film or episode, then inspect that player's menus. The catalogue's country and genre filters do not choose tracks. Comparing audio on one server with captions remembered from another does not establish an available combination.
Verify the selected tracks after playback begins
Choose the offered audio and caption options, then check the result. A displayed language name alone does not prove that a file matches the intended content. Record whether the issue is a missing option, an incorrect language or a timing problem.
If checking the menus reveals a fault, Work Through Sound and Caption Problems explains the next observations to collect.
Recheck when changing sources
A new source can load a different player and track set. Do not assume preferences or subtitle selections transfer automatically. Confirm the episode and both language choices again before deciding that a previously working combination has disappeared.
